One thing you must remember when using these molds: they don't tolerate heat because they're made of a soft plastic that allows the cooled pop to come out easily. Be sure your chocolate is warm when pouring and wash your molds gently with warm water and soap afterwards. They're also very fragile, so be sure to store them in a place where heavy objects cannot be placed on them.
