If any place on Earth can be called paradise, it is Hawaii. With perfect temperatures year-round and beautiful scenery, this is the ideal place to escape to. For an added bonus, Hawaiian cruise vacations can be utilized to travel, not only to, but around the islands and see all Hawaii has to offer. The foremost vacation spot in the world, this small group of islands has an amazing climate and an unbeatable countryside – the thousands of visitors a year can not be wrong.
The first decision to make in planning your vacation is how you will get to Hawaii in the first place. The most obvious answer is to take a cruise there. Several major ocean liners now make stops in Hawaii and, therefore, you options are limitless. The other option is to fly to Hawaii and simply take a cruise around the various islands.
When you are on the cruise, there will be no shortage of activities to keep you busy or content in comfort. You can take a class on cooking, photography, or ceramics on many of the ships, or dance the night away in various boat clubs or lounges. Literally a resort on the water, cruises offer pools, spas, boutiques, and even simulated sports activities. If activity is what you crave, there is plenty to do on a cruise. On the other hand, you may be going on vacation to avoid having anything to do! If this is the case, you can pick a book from the various titles in the library and just sit by the pool and enjoy the calm breeze and sunshine.
Once you make port in Hawaii, you will experience a new world. With white beaches, crystal clear water, cascading waterfalls, and interesting wildlife, you will find this piece of heaven irresistible. Be careful, you may spend the rest of the year waiting for vacation time to come visit paradise again!
