When purchasing a kayak, you must think very carefully about the
kayak equipment. This is much more important than the kayak
itself. Kayaking equiptment should always be bought before the
boat. This will ensure that you purchase the best equiptment and
do not get cheap because you spent all your money on the kayak.
Without the best equipment you will quickly find that youre
kayaking experience is far less enjoyable than it could have

Each of these pieces are 100% essential to purchase if you are
planning on owning and using your kayak. Without this equipment,
you will not enjoy your kayaking experience as much. The most
important piece of equipment would be the paddles. Without good
paddles, you will find yourself haveing trouble paddling and not
enjoying your kayaking experience as much as you could be.
As for wet suits, this may not be necessary for everyone. Wet
suits are only needed if you are planning on kayaking in cold
water or weather. This is for perhaps professional kayakers or
extreme kayak lovers.

adventure without worry.
Do not forget the life jackets!! This is vital. You do not want
to hit rough water, or tip over your kayak and find yourself
with no floatation devices or jackets. This is against the law
and dangerous to your life. Ensure that your life jackets fit
you and any passengers correctly and you have extra on board.
